I am truely delighted that Peta has agreed to exhibit her stunning, beautiful giclee prints in the Open House this May. The textures, colours and evocative patterns show the changing seasons of our native woodland. Firs, pines, larch and birch provide inspiration.
Peta is joining me this year for the first time and its going to be delight to these small yet striking images (and Peta!) in the house over May.

I am really pleased to have Claire exhibiting her sculpture this year. She creates sculptures in stone for indoor and outdoor settings. Much of the work is inspired by the innate forms contained in the materials, allowing the sculptures to emerge and develop throughout the process. "The sense of the elemental as you begin to carve on a piece of stone can deeply stir the imagination"
Claire has exhibited once before with me, in 2011, and her willingness to talk with visitors about the techniques and processes she uses was really informative.
